[Jour 11] [Noël en Ariège]

Alors voilà, ici pas de déballage de cadeau au petit matin du 25 décembre, car nous avions fait Noël en famille en avance 🤫

Par contre, mère nature nous à offert le plus beau des cadeaux ... En effet nous avons eu la chance de profiter de bains sauvages chaud (source sulfureuse), dans un décors enneigé et pour nous seul 😍 😍

Quelle expérience !!! Tout d'abord le petit coup de chaud lors de la magnifique randonnée d'approche (que nous avons pris à l'envers 😆 sinon à l'endroit cela ne prend que 15min 🤭) , puis le coup de froid lors du déshabillage, et le soulagement une fois plongé dans l'eau chaude à contempler la neige continuer de tomber ... La partie la plus désagréable étant... Le rhabillage, qui se fait rapidement, très rapidement pour ne pas geler sur place ❄️

Pour résumer, un magnifique Noël 🌲 Nous vous souhaitons à tous de bonnes fêtes 🎉

Nelle campagne di Bultei (SS) esistono delle terme libere di acqua calda in campo aperto. Si chiamano Anzu'e Sos Nervios, il bagno per i muscoli e i nervi. Ti fai il bagno in pieno inverno vicino alle rive del fiume Tirso, Fuori 4 gradi, nella vasca realizzata dai romani 35-40°.

Le chiamavano acque laesitane.

Nei terreni circostanti possiamo trovare la sorgente denominata “Su Anzu’e Sa Gutta” per la cura della gotta, “Su Anzu’e Sos Dentes” per la cura del mal di denti e gengive, “Su Anzu’e Sos Beccos” per la cura del cuoio capelluto, “Su Anzu’e S’ Istomogo” per curare problemi di stomaco e “Su Anzu’e Su Ludu” per l’uso di fanghi utili per alleviare dolori fisici.

Insomma abbiamo la cura per tutto  Da provare

I took a break from driving and got some relaxation at the #Thermopyles, the mythological Hot Gates, the Cavernous entrance of #Hades, the God of the Dead, and Lord of the Underworld. The place derives

Its name from the hot sulfur springs. In antiquity, this was the theater to one of the most epic battles between the Greeks, led by Leonidas and the Persians.

Back then the morphology of the area was quite different; narrower and closer to the coast. So the site had strategic importance, and it's not a case that more battles took place in it. The place despite the sulk vegetation feels a tad sinister: it's hard to dismiss the nearby Syrian/Kurds refugee camp. Poverty and desperation found some redemption in selling oranges, apples, and some weird sodas, to the travelers. I purchased the fruit from the kids and exchanged a few words with their parents, learning more about the horrors these poor people escaped from. Despite the sense of wellbeing upon bathing in the springs, I felt heartbroken by their stories; their tragic circumstances stripped them of their hopes. They are now on foreign soil with nowhere to go and very little to look forward to. I said goodbye to resume the journey while cowardly running away from their reality.
