To arrive to this location you must first wade your naked (or clothed) body through a freezing river that’s moving quickly-be careful. Cool wind turns your cheeks (all of them) red, and the bone chilling water rushes between your toes and goose-bumped legs. If you make it to the other side, the hot water will sting but only for a moment while your body and mind adjust to your surroundings. Would you have stripped down for the hot springs of Rennes Les Bains, France? Or would you have continued on your hike in the comfort and warmth of your jacket? My answer is obvious 🤷♀️🙃
I say France, but it's just a small corner of Languedoc's more mountainous area where hot springs are to be had.

❤👙 An ode to the belly. The round, fluffy, chubby, wobbly belly! But also the tight, the trained, the sixpack, the tanned, pale, the old and young. The wrinkled. The marked. The glorious and underrated belly. 👑 Somehow it is the one thing most women are insecure about - no matter their size. Why? It is where your food goes! It is where life can grow! It is one of the most feminine features we have, in my opinion, and yet often girls tell me it is what they hate about their body the most. It's the reason they won't wear a bikini or go on a date even💔 (Ladies please please don't bring yourself down like that. You deserve a beach day and you deserve LOVE no matter what you look like💥💥💥). Curve models are often praised for their hips & boobs (you know, a classical hour glass figure⏳) but preferably with a flat stomach. And I too hesitated to post this😳... Silly! Look at us, look at me, I'm happy. Relaxed. In a natural hot spring! Sitting down, so yes, it's all rolls & fat. So what. Life is too short to waste energy on nonsense like that, isn't it? Learning to love this part of myself has been my hardest lesson towards selflove and I'm sharing to say: if I can love my biggest insecurity, you can love yours. ⠀🔅Дорога из Краснодара в Пятигорск приятно удивила.. На протяжении почти всего пути 4 полосы - свобода для разгона.. Наслаждение скоростью, любимой музыкой и возможностью побыть наедине со своими мыслями) ⠀
⠀🔅 Бесстыжие ванны в Пятигорске с красивым панорамным видом и наличием ароматнейшего сероводорода в составе.. На самом деле, на фото лучше, чем в реальности) Просто толпы людей, желающих попасть в эти 60градусные ванночки сильно портили вид.. Зато ощущения в теле после посещения.. легкость и свежесть.. ну после того, как к запаху привыкнешь)) ⠀
