I'd like to think that there's more topical and trendy news out there on Europe's hot springs, but it's mostly Icelandically themed.
That said, here's what a visit to a hot spring in Iceland feels like, by julie stephenson (Oct. 10):

In Iceland there were also the hot baths in Reykjavik. It was a cultural delight to experience women comfortable with their bodies – all walking around naked… showering…. talking to each other… helping each other … communion.. yes – that is what it was… sisterly communion.
