It's funny how soaking is often a social experience but posting the photo's recording this are mostly singular. Culture of instagram? Sign of the times?

A steep walk down the into the ravine and we stumbled across these beautiful springs! Totally alone in the wilderness and surrounded by nature, our only disturbance the sound of the Ligne de Cerdagne or Train Jaune in the distance.
4 huge pools of varying temperature from around 60 degrees down to around 20. The only challenge was crossing the freezing cold mountain snow river naked without falling in.

This is what I call an epic place.👌

High above the #bormio Valley is the location of this #hotspring. 30 degrees warm water is coming straight out of the Cliffside. More or less in the middle of this wall some genius build up a pool. This was a masterpiece. .
Great to have a girl like you on my side for exploring places like this. @sabineschoeffmann.
Thanks to @justin_reiter for the description how to find this place. "You are on the right way, when you are sure to be wrong". This is an real American description, I like it.
